Delivery Termes and Conditions
1. Delivery Zones
We currently deliver to the following areas :
- Europe
If your adress is outside these zones, please contact us to explore a customized solution.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard : Orders are shipped within 7 days after payment confirmation.
- Special Delivery (Event) : For orders related to the 24h Téléthon by NRT, please specify whether you would like to collect your order on-site at the official shop stand at the circuit or have it shipped via carrier.
3. Delivery Fees
- Standard Delivery : Fees as per current rates from service providers.
- On-Site Pickup at the circuit : Free.
4. Same-Day Delivery Policy
For event-related items that need to be delivered on the day of the event:
- We guarantee click-and-collect service at the boutique stand until the official end time of the event.
- Please place your order at least 14 days before the event date to ensure availability.
5. Suivi et Notifications
Une fois votre commande expédiée, vous recevrez un email ou un SMS avec un numéro de suivi pour suivre l’avancement de la livraison en temps réel.
6. Absence lors de la Livraison
Si vous êtes absent lors de la livraison :
- Un avis de passage sera laissé et la commande pourra être récupérée à un point relais proche.
- Une nouvelle tentative de livraison pourra être planifiée moyennant un supplément.
7. Delays or Unforeseen Circumstances
- In case of delays beyond our control (strikes, weather conditions, etc.), we commit to informing you promptly.
8. Bulk or Customized Orders
For large orders or those requiring specific adjustments (e.g., decorations, equipment), specific delivery fees may apply. A detailed quote will be provided before confirmation.
9. Checking Upon Delivery
We recommend that you check the condition of your items upon receipt. In case of damage, please contact us within 48 hours to arrange an exchange or refund.
